  1. Hello! Do remember that if it's taking too long to get help here, you can still ask Air support ... You're getting authorisation check fails too. So try use the website to disconnect a couple devices if possible, so you don't hit the 3 device limit. You can also try turning off IPv6 everywhere in your system and adding the block-outside-dns directive to Eddie. You also seem to be using SSL - try change to TCP, for error correction. Remember you need to connect to a new server for it to take effect. Try alternate ports too. You can also experiment with wireless vs wired connections. If you happen to be a Virgin Media/Superhub user, there's some solutions you can search for. You can also try running windows update, to make sure you have the required .Net framework. You're also getting the annoying OpenVpn Management > >FATAL:Assertion failed at misc.c:785 (es) error.
  2. Staff said somewhere that IPv6 was planned for 2017
  3. Hello! What are you actually trying to do? Did you make whatever application or service also listen on that random port?
  4. Hello! It's pretty unique to the individual setup of each user; hardware, ISP choice, location and so forth. So you'll have to try and see what works best for you .
  5. Ah okay, they're good people. Would've been interesting to know the solution. Goodday
  6. Hello! I'm not sure, but you could ask the sales department, they'll help you for sure . Maybe you could also check the invoices tab>Paid. Could be the payments didn't go through and are still pending perhaps.
  7. You can use a service to host it, such as imgur. Or you can click "More Reply Options" next to the post button. Then in the bottom left, Browse for the file and then click attach files and Add to Post . After that, all files you've ever uploaded, will be available under "My Media">Attachments, in the reply window. Note that logs are often more worth than pictures.
  8. Well Khariz, AirVPN can play the audit game too
  9. Hello! Welcome to AirVPN : D I don't see any log file. Perhaps you need to edit your post. You can also copy/paste the log into your post. Did you download the Beta client? What's your OS?
  10. There's guides in the how-to section :].
  11. Hello! "Alternative contacts allow other users to contact support and pay invoices on your behalf." You don't have to use these areas though. You simply make an account and pay for a plan through a given method. I imagine the billing information section is just a feature of IPboard and not actually used by many ^^. But it could be handy during checkout. Welcome to AirVPN by the way!
  12. Hello! I'm not sure why you want to set that up, but just in case, there's other guides for iOS if you need it . Although VPN on Demand does sound nifty. Your links didn't work for me either sadly.
  13. Hello! I assume so, just use SSL/SSH. It works in China, so it should go okay in Turkey surely! .
  14. Bittorent is the protocol, while uTorrent is the program which uses it. I use qBittorent as a client and in its Options>Advanced>Network Interface, I can select the AirVPN tunnel. Eddie is the AirVPN software yes and you're not meant to see your torrent client in there hehe . Did you check the links I sent? They explain how to configure your torrent client (uTorrent in your case). Presuming you get it working, you can then download the test torrent on ipleak.net to see if you're hidden.
  15. Does anything change if you turn on network lock and then go to ipleak.net ? You may have to share some Eddie logs. Do check ipleak.net too. Mars isn't so far away, relatively
  16. Hello! Welcome to AirVPN! Are you using the Eddie client? Did you make the torrent client(s) listen on the VPN interface? (Advanced settings - sometimes tun0) There's a good few suggestions, here and there.
  17. Hello! This is really excellent and deserves a bump, in my view. I also think we've had a couple of Virgina media users come in, so it might be useful for someone. Really good effort OP - pretty sweet with the pictures too .
  18. I've provided information Odd I didn't see your first post. Speed is okay to show us. But actual information the community can use, such as OS, Eddie logs, system logs, any potential 3rd party software that might interrupt, things already tried and so on are quite necessary. Anything to help us out, because while the symptoms might be the same ("My connection is slow") as many others, the causes can be wildly different . Thus as per your link, any given problem can look like it occurs a lot, but as you can see on the Status page, plenty of people are chugging away just fine as well. Not to mention not everybody posts on the forums, but either find a solution themselves or ask support discretely. So no worries. A lot of people also don't search the forum before posting and so if you stick around, you'll see a lot of the same issues coming up again and again, despite stickied threads, Staff posts and community help - "Checking route" related threads are one such example . All that said, AirVPN isn't the VPN for everyone and doesn't have to be either . In your case, since your connection is so good, have you tried increasing the send & receive buffers, to 256kb or maybe even 512kb? What about trying different servers and different protocols? Sometimes UDP doesn't work the best. Other times it does, but on a different port. Then there's still other fixes, such as mssfix. While for Windows users, perhaps it's a TAP related problem and that's without specifically mentioning Windows 10 lol. So it's quite important people provide specifics . Sometimes a simple command may fix a problem - in this case of Windows. By the way, since I remember you use Ubuntu, maybe you'd be interested in this thread about DNS. Hey if you're a Virgin Media user you might have an entirely different set of issues! In that long piece, somewhere, there's a point I'm trying to make about always providing lots of information - ideally in spoiler tags, if it's very long.
  19. Well if you provide no information, you also cannot expect the community to help . You can always submit a support ticket as well.

Your intention was good and that's what matters. Thank you for that. There's nothing stopping you from trying again in the future . It would be pretty nice to refer to it, when someone asks haha.
  21. Hello! Welcome to AirVPN! Netflix is no longer officially supported, since (I suppose) Air thinks it can't reliably provide a connection through to Netflix and thus it would be misleading to say it's supported. Netflix has been on a campaign of blocking VPN-usage, so I think it's honestly hard to say whether or not you'll have access. Perhaps if you're lucky, you will, but I wouldn't bank on it . Instead, it would be wise to download some of the movies or content you want access to, ahead of time if possible. Whether through Bittorent or other ways. I don't use Netflix myself - but don't they have an offline viewing mode? Perhaps you could download some stuff then. I'm tempted to say that when it's Netflix + sharing, then of course anything can be a problem haha. Nearly everything is a crime these days...
  22. Hello! Thanks for sharing. I liked that it didn't just define privacy in terms of negatives - what to hide. But also positively:
  23. Hello! It sounds like you could benefit from taking a glance at my new user guide, in the How-to forum. Also in my signature. You open the Eddie client, connect to a recommended server and then you use a browser such as Firefox or Chrome to browse the net. You probably thought that by signing in on the website, that that meant you were using the VPN. It isn't. You need the software. Thus the site can see you're not using AirVPN and thus you get the message that you're exposed. It's all answered in my new user guide though. Welcome to AirVPN!

    Looking At Traffic

Hello! Really nice bro. Maybe you should pic a different channel to share on, such as imgur, since I'm getting 403 forbidden on everything. Pings fail on almost every server apparently ^^. Edit: Suddenly they all show up.
  25. Haha, no worries, I'm just trying to contribute a little to the community where I can. I don't think you'll regret trying the (remember Beta!) client. If you've got any other questions or run into issues, please feel free to ask the community . Welcome to AirVPN yet again .
