  1. Hello! You could also try the OpenNIC servers if you want . Air supports them.
  2. Hello! Are you using Eddie? What OS are you on? You don't give us much to work with. So I'm just going to say "Turn on Network Lock"
  3. Hello! Geographical proximity sadly doesn't always mean it's the best, as it depends on the connections and other things, between the two points . So maybe Australia has a lot of fast lines between Canada and itself, but none to HK, thus making Canada faster/better. Or maybe the ISP you use happens to be better connected with one or the other and so forth. I also don't think Air has many Asian users and/or users which need Asian servers; thus the low load . While if you compare with European servers... . Welcome to AirVPN yet again. I hope you enjoy your time here.
  4. Well it's true Tor isn't perfect and that using it can cause unwanted things. But with a few precautions and knowing the limits of the technology, it's quite useable. But then this goes for other things too, including VPNs
  5. Hello! Go to the download page, find your OS, click other versions, then click "Experimental" and download the .deb package. Or check my guide, if need be .
  6. Hello! I don't think AirVPN does that. A black Friday sale was just held as well, at 35%. But it's worth every penny! Sent to you from me with datalove
  7. Hello! IPv6 support is coming next year I think, if memory serves Sent to you from me with datalove
  8. Hello! You could also get a 1 euro trial and either try to get your money back or say "nah, it's 1 euro, who am I lol" haha . Welcome to AirVPN! It's good you decided to do something for your privacy/security online, in the face of such laws (which have been much-talked about around here too).
  9. Actually there have been reports of scientists being able to manipulate things like neutrinos, to go faster, as well as light to go slower, by shooting the light through a cloud of supercooled gas or such I think .
  10. Hello! Nice. But the question remains, would a Mars server still be outside the reach of Trumps little porky sausage fingers? Haha!
  11. Hello! You may have to submit a support ticket, with all the relevant information
  12. Which version of the .net framework do we need? 4.5 appears to be the latest and is built in to Windows 10 by default. "Eddie for Windows 7 can run with .NET framework 2, while Eddie for Windows 8/10 needs .NET framework 4."
  13. If it made the rules permanent, there would be a flood of angry customers wondering why they couldn't connect to the internet when AirVPN was off . When NL is deactivated, it tries to restore things to how they were previously. When this fails, as it often does in the Stable 2.10 client if it's closed down incorrectly (killed "without grace" as Staff says), you get issues .
  14. Hello! Please feel free to try this solution. Kudos to Staff only Took me a while to find it. I wish we had a feed for all Staffs posts.
  15. Hello! Maybe you should search the forum a little . Maybe you'll find other potentially relevant threads or other potential solutions. There's still yet many other useful posts . You can always also hover your mouse over someone's username and PM them personally if need be. I hope that helps.
  16. Hello! Which client are you using? Maybe you should try the Beta. It's not uncommon that Windows 10 decides to destroy your dreams lol. Maybe you could also try a different torrent client, such as qBittorent and do your port forwarding. Lastly, we do need some logs . Eddie does need a certain version of the .Net framework, so perhaps you should try running Windows update and/or finding the latest .Net framework to download separately.
  17. Hello! There's a guide to something similar, in case that's useful . Or at least you may know who to ask.
  18. Hello! The Experimental Eddie client may work better with such software that you mention, in case you're not using it already Welcome to AirVPN!
  19. Hello! Yes that happens, as Network Lock changes Windows Firewall rules in order to work. It maaaay be different if you use the Beta client, as it has the option of not using Windows Firewall. Welcome to AirVPN by the way ^^
  20. Hello! Welcome to AirVPN! If you go to your Client Area, are there 2 or more devices connected? There's a connection limit of 3. So you could try disconnect some other devices, if by chance any are connected .
  21. Hello! Are you using wayland? Eddie doesn't work with it yet. I assume you're also using the beta:). Sent to you from me with datalove
  22. Hello! Yes of course Air manages this - it's such a basic problem from Airs POV I imagine! Haha. If you're wanting to be extra sure, simply enable Network Lock. Then it doesn't matter which browser you use anyway. But even so, you could also install the uBlock Origin plugin and then go into its settings and enable its WebRTC blocker :]. Welcome to AirVPN!
  23. Hello! You shouldn't be using 2.10 on Linux. Use 2.11.x. Check my guide if you don't know where it is .
  24. Hello! What? You only need to download 1 thing: the 64 or 32-bit .exe for Windows 10. I'm confused by what you mean ^^. You should try resetting your DNS if you haven't, by setting it to "obtain automatically". Otherwise if Eddie is actually running and you can bring it up, then do paste its logs here . If 2.10.3 really isn't working for you, then I suggest trying out the Experimental version. Check my signature for that if need be.
