  1. Hi, I've always been able to use Quick Connect in the Android client but now it just says "End of server list reached. No server available for connection". I can connect to all my favorites without problem from the server tab so it's not like there's no servers available. What am I missing?

  3. Hi there I'm using Windows 10 and cannot get the openvpn gui to connect automatically on start up. I have the GUI to start automatically with Windows, and I have also set it to run automatically in Services. I still have to manually on "show hidden icons", then right click and select connect. Is there not a way of fully automating this process? Thanks

  5. Recently, I have been having an issue where the download speed is not showing up under "Speed" graph as if it is not connected. The upload shows up, but not the download. This has me a bit paranoid as I don,t know if I am still fully connected to AIRVpn while downloading things, even though I do an IP address check and shows my IP where it should. In fact, this JUST happened right now on Aquila server.. My download shows 0, even surfing the net. The only way to get it to show back up is to reconnect or connect to a different server, as I just did. Any reason this would be happening?
  6. I installed AirVPN today and have been attempting to connect. In the app screen, after logging it displays the following messages: checking authorization connecting to [some server] disconecting connecting to [another server] ... Then the process repeats, but I never get connected. I looked on the forums, help guide, troubleshooting, etc to no avail. I did notice i had the TAP Driver 9.21.0 installed, so based on other post's I uninstalled and installed v9.9. None of this worked. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. 7. Hi! I have installed AirVPN using the .deb file and I then run the Eddie from a desktop manager. Then I log in successfully and try to connect to a server and here the problems occur... I starting saying "connecting to server", then "restarting", then "connecting to server", then "restarting".... Just like a loop and I cannot connect to any server! I have just said for this so it is really frustrating for me. I have tried to enable "network lock" and have tried to change the protocol to TCP but non of it worked, sadly. I HAVE ATTACHED THE LOG FILE Can anybody help me with this one? Thanks! It is really appreciated! Cheers, Me
  8. Been having trouble for the past week and still cant figure out what the problem is When I try to connect I get the error "W 2016.12.24 19:08:28 - The remote name could not be resolved: 'maasym_exit.airservers.org'" This happens for all servers, it happens after "checking route" has been running for a while, if I disable checking route it does it after "Checking DNS" has been running for a while. If I install Air on my other PC it connects fine. I have tried all at the same time uninstalling AIR client fully / uninstalling TAP driver / Doing a winsock reset, but when I reinstall I get the same problem. Any ideas what I could do change etc? This is my error log with check route disabled Thanks
  9. After I was using AirVPN for some hours without out a break. I noticed, that AirVPN automatically has connected to a new server with another IP. I missed the moment, when this happened and only saw the new IP adress in the AirVPN client some minutes later. I wanted to ask if this is a normal behaviour and when this happens, is the server changed dynamically or is my notebook getting disconnected with the old server and reconnected with the new server, so that I lose the AirVPN connection for a small moment?
  10. Hi I just bought the service and whenever I try to connect, either though the automatic system or through the server menu screen I get a loop of "connecting to x" followed by restart in 3...2...1.. and then the same "connecting to x" message as before. It never connects to the server nor does it. Any tips?
  11. What if the initial connection to the VPN server was established over a hidden service? Wouldn't this be a more elegant and secure solution to VPN over TOR?
  12. howdy, when the client is on, i cant connet to my router (fritzbox) over my browser (safari). is the client disconnected, it is working. what do i wrong in the options? and which options i must change.. airvpn client or fritzbox? tia
  13. Hello, Since the installation of Eddy on my OpenSuse is not working i tried to connect with my networkmanager. I downloaded the ovpn files and when i import one of them in my networkmanager it seems connecting to a server but when i login at airvpn.org it says I'm not connected? Also when i check my ip it's still the same one of my own ISP.
  14. Hello, I am fairly new to Fedora 22 and Linux in general, having only been using said OS for about 3-4 weeks. I've been constantly using this VPN service on my other OS (Windows 10) with absolutely no issues. However, I'm having an incredibly hard time getting the client to work on this OS. Every time that I attempt to connect to a server, the client begins to connect, disconnects, and restarts. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hi guys, I set up Comodo Firewall in the way you descriped it on this tutorial https://airvpn.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=3&id=3405&Itemid=142 I did everything correctly (I think so) but I'm still leaking DNS. When I access AirVPN homepage via VPNClient it says at the bottom "not connected" Any ideas how to fix this?? I can see my own IP address

I have been able to connect to and use Heze as well as several other servers in Chicago and Manassas. But since I live in California and I have 2 machines using the same account, need to use both of the servers in Freemont.

  24. During the few months I've been using various AirVPN USA servers to connect my Mac notebook via Tunnelblick software from various Starbucks stores' WiFi, I've noticed a definite correlation between available bandwidth and the frequency of random disconnects from the VPN. This is based on observations of how many devices are being used in the store, SpeedTest.net results, both on and off the VPN, and observing the log files. It would help me greatly to know just how much bandwidth I need in order to connect through the VPN and avoid these random disconnects. Just in case there is something going on that I don't understand (maybe a timeout of the VPN server I'm using? I do make sure I use the lowest latency, highest bandwidth server by checking the Status section of the website before getting down to serious work), I'm attaching the log of the latest disconnect I experienced. disconnect from Starbucks by Tunnelblick or AirVPN after 15 min 2013-8-19.txt
