  1. Hello! So which OS are you running exactly? Would be helpful to know more about your setup. Check that your firewall and/or other software isn't blocking AirVPN - presuming you're using the Eddie client. Also, did you try the SSL or SSH protocols, before pinging?
  2. Hello! You need to find out what operating system your tablet is running and then you can download files as normal, like you did on your PC. Then there's various guides & how-tos which you can check out, when dealing with certain kinds of hardware & software. So, since that tablet is probably running Android, you could see if OpenVPN for Android works, for instance. I'm taking the "teaching you how to fish" approach, lol.
  3. Hello! If you use the Experimental client then you'll find that Mono 4 is supported .
  4. Hello! Damn, October is turning out to be a really sweet month for Air! ^^ Good effort. Save some surprises for Christmas yea?
  5. Hello! You said that Servers were named after stars, I think. So who in their right mind names a star Chow?! I think that's my fav server name. Chow. Makes me think of Chinatown and good food, yummm. You should've gone all the way and just named it Chow Mein haha. I'm glad you re-stocked on them datalove supplies ^^. However, so many servers for undeserving Brexit Britain? Air, you have a heart of gold!
  6. Thank you for reporting on it then
  7. Hello! If you use the Beta version of the Eddie client, all your 3rd party firewall software and such should work just fine with Air . With the current "Stable" version of the Eddie client, you *may* run into issues, unless you try to do things such as add the Air software to various exceptions lists and such. Although Network Lock might still run into problems. There's info on the Beta in my signature guide.
  8. But that's not 2.11.5 though, so did you try that version?
  9. I just noticed during download and install of the latest Beta, there's no pop-up at the end of the Wizard to Start Eddie right away and/or add a desktop icon. Maybe this could/should be added? Feels a little clunky having to search for the program after installing - new users might appreciate this the most. Just a thought. Speaking from Win 7 64-bit.
  10. Hello! If you check the guide in my signature, everything should become clear too . Sent to you from me with datalove
  11. Hello! Feel free to check out the guide in my signature then . Sent to you from me with datalove
  12. Does anything change if you try run with administrator rights, by any chance? Sent to you from me with datalove
  13. Hello! That sounds absolutely sweet Staff! It sounds like a big undertaking, so good luck. I wish you lots of datalove, as your supplies seem to have run out this time ^__^
  14. Hello! Did changing ports make any difference? Maybe this might work for you.
  15. Hello! You provided next to no information, so it's hard to help you haha. You might as well have said "I have a problem." Try: Different ports, including SSL/SSH. Different TAP drivers. Contacting Air Support. Changing your OS and/or upgrading, especially if it's old. Forwarding some ports, if you're torrenting. Upgrading to the Experimental Eddie client. Checking my guide, if you choose to stick with the Stable version. Different servers. Disabling anti-virus and/or firewall software and see if anything changes. Different speedtests and not just Airs speedtest and running the tests more than once.
  16. Hello! Which OS are you running? Do remember to perform port-forwarding when you torrent, as this can have a significant impact. Also remember to change some of your Steam download settings; you can make it prioritise servers close to your location for instance. Also, AVG could be messing with Network Lock, as NL in the current stable version, uses Windows Firewall. Thus as zhang pointed to, you should try the latest Experimental client, as it doesn't rely on Windows Firewall in the aforementioned manner and thus functions while anti-virus and/or firewall programs are running, potentially.
  17. Hello! Try changing your TAP drivers and/or trying the Experimental version of the Eddie client
  18. Hello! Have you considered updating your OS? Maybe you could try this. As Air Staff also said however: "However this event once more shows that Windows XP should no more be used when security is a priority. It is an abandoned system. It seems somehow contradictory to use AirVPN services while at the same time running Windows XP..." Or this, if it applies to you.
  19. Hello! What do you mean by cannot access? Are you getting any specific error message or such? I assume you're also using AirVPNs DNS. I haven't experienced that problem - maybe you could mention a couple of example sites that you can't access, so that we can test it.
  20. Hello! You can indeed run multiple VPNs, but you should consider at least 2 things: Can your router handle a VPN? Most regular routers would struggle and/or limit your speeds. Who or what are you hiding from and is it really necessary with two VPNs for your use-case?After all, running with a VPN doesn't make you anonymous, nor does it necessarily make you much more secure. You can find discussions about other VPNs on our forums too and make your own judgement. Needless to say, far from all VPN providers are trustworthy and/or that secure. But you also need to consider other kinds of security - have you made attempts to secure your browser? Your OS? Your online accounts through various means? The point being that you can't fix all your security woes by simply signing up to one VPN or even two. I think if you're a "total noob" as you say, then you ought to first familiarize yourself with 1 VPN, which could be AirVPN, as it perhaps allows for more technical flexibility and is perhaps more open about being technical than most, thus allowing you to learn more. Then, once you've become more familiar with how it all works in a "big ideas" sense, then you can start to play around.
  21. Hello! You could try the experimental client or you could try disabling "DNS" and AirVPN "tunnel check" in the preferences menu. You should ideally attach your entire logs. In spoilers too. I believe you need to disconnect every time in order to re-enable NL. Welcome Sent to you from me with datalove
  22. Hello! It's just sad that Mozilla receives money from Google, I think.
  23. Hello! That's something you should really direct at support staff instead. Which payment method are you using? Sent to you from me with datalove
  24. Hello! If you were so inclined, you could try out the experimental Eddie client, to see if it fixes your problem. If you don't know where to find it, you can check my guide in my signature. I don't know if it'll fix that particular issue, but it at least includes bug fixes for bugs in the "stable" version.
  25. Hello! Just check the "Client Area" tab on this page OP . Welcome to AirVPN. I wonder how you heard of it.
