It would seem that our website is not reachable from your ISP or your country, can you give us more info (in private)? Kind regards AirVPN admins

  3. Hello! You don\'t need to register again. The message \"no modes available\" means that you have no access to the VPN servers. Access is reserved to premium members and we have now checked that your account is not on premium status (at least the account name visibile on this forum). Please select \"Member\"-->\"Payment Plans\" to see our plans for premium members. If there\'s some mistake or you have different accounts please contact us again. Kind regards AirVPN admins
  4. Hello! It seems that your OpenVPN client did not load configuration and certificate files. Did you copy in the right directory all the files inside air.zip? You can generate and download the archive with all the files you need once you have a premium subscription, just log in the website and select \"Member\"-->\"Access without our client\". Pick your favourite port and server and the system will prepare the correct air.zip for you. Always use an https connection when you download air.zip. https://airvpn.org Kind regards AirVPN admins
  5. Altair is now online. Thank you for your patience. Kind regards AirVPN admins
  6. Hello! For regular maintenance the server Altair (Netherlands) might be put offline during Jun, 30th 2011, from 8 AM (GMT+2). We'll try to keep the downtime as low as possibile. If you can't connect to Altair during the day, please use the other servers. Thank you for your understanding. Kind regards AirVPN admins
  7. saadss wrote: Hello and thank you for your inquiry. 1) No. 2) We're sorry, we don't accept direct credit cards payments. Kind regards AirVPN admins
  8. saadss wrote: Hello! We don't accept direct payments with credit cards. Anyway, all major credit cards are accepted by PayPal and AlertPay (please note that we momentarily don't accept AlertPay payments as long as they don't allow fund withdrawals to credit and debit cards; their customer service told us they are going to solve the issue very soon). We also accept Bitcoin and Liberty Reserve. Kind regards AirVPN admins

  11. MICHAEL FOX wrote: Hello! It's not necessary, any such contact would be a potential breach of customer's privacy. You just need to perform the payment to our LR account with a suitable e-mail address (take care to have a secure and anonymous e-mail address) to which we can send the activation code that you can use on any AirVPN account whenever you wish. Use the form "Contact us" to receive our LR account number. Kind regards AirVPN admins
  12. blablobb wrote: Hello again, as you might be aware, there is an ongoing investigation on your transaction by PayPal team. Either they will release the money to us (in which case your account will be automatically authorized to access the service) or they will refund the account you used to make the payment. Please be patient until the investigation ends or contact PayPal for any further information. Kind regards AirVPN admins
  13. Thank you for your information. Please note that we also accept Bitcoin and Liberty Reserve. Kind regards AirVPN admins
  14. blablobb wrote: Hello! We have just investigated into the issue. We kindly ask you to check for your payment. The payment processor you used for your account blocked the payment, so your account is currently unauthorized. Feel free to contact us in private for any further assistance and also feel free to give us more information to solve the issue. Kind regards AirVPN admins
  15. nepraptor wrote: Thank you! It was a bug. Now it has been fixed, we kindly ask you to re-download the AirVPN client. We apologize for the inconvenience. Kind regards AirVPN admins
  16. Hello! We now accept Liberty Reserve. https://airvpn.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&Itemid=55&func=view&catid=3&id=791 Kind regards AirVPN admins
  17. Hello! From now on, we accept payments via Liberty Reserve for 1 month, 3 months and 1 year subscription plans. In this initial phase, you will need to contact us to arrange the payment. Furthermore, we have momentarily suspended AlertPay, since AlertPay is no more able to transfer funds efficiently. If and when AlertPay will re-enable fund transfers to credit/debit cards, we will accept again payments via AlertPay. As usual, Bitcoin and PayPal are available too. Kind regards AirVPN admins
  18. bitos wrote: Hello! Clarification: the free access with premium status without limits is reserved to activists who live in freedom of expression hostile countries. For trial, time limited periods (without traffic limit anyway) we have the trial plan which can be refunded (no questions asked). Also, we make promotions on Twitter for 4 days free full tests, but they are offered only when free trials will not impact on bandwidth of premium members, according to our policy. Currently, the guaranteed minimum allocated bandwidth is 4 Mbit/s 100% of any given time period, while you can have 25 Mbit/s during 85% of any 24hrs period. Kind regards AirVPN admins
  19. bitos wrote: Hello! Probably same solution. Make sure you have subscribed to one of our plans. Kind regards AirVPN admins

  21. Hello! Please take note that there's a scheduled maintenance for Polaris during the following dates and hours: 25.05.2011 AND 28.05.2011 - 11:30PM - 03:30AM CEST During that time Polaris might be unreachable or might disconnect you. Kind regards AirVPN admins
  22. Thank you, it surely helps! We have no clues at the moment - some of us do use Skype AND THEN connect to VPN without problems since ages - but we'll investigate. Kind regards AirVPN admins
  23. Hello! If you did not change anything in your configuration, the log shows a strange error: TLS negotiation failed. It might be caused by a wrong user.key (please check if you deleted or modified it by accident, in case just re-download it in https from the "Access without our client" menu). This error might be caused also by a TLS disruption (bad connectivity, for example), but in this case this issue should be ruled out, because the TLS negotiation for the certificate appears to be OK. You might want to try a TCP connection, just in case the problem arises from a momentary high latency line/high error rates line, which UDP is of course unable to fix, but then again, if it was the case, also the TLS negotiation for the certificate should have failed. If you could not fix the issue in the meantime, feel free to contact us in private, we'll give you an additional test account to check whether the problem persists and investigate further. Kind regards AirVPN admins
  24. @anand Hello! Ok, then you should use the OpenVPN client and run it as a service at startup. This thread can help you: http://forums.untangle.com/tip-day/3645-making-openvpn-client-connection-startup-windows-xp.html#post84306 Please note that when you download an .ovpn config file from us and launch OpenVPN client, you don't need to insert password (this is good otherwise that method would not work). Keep in mind that you must take care to protect your user.key file from unauthorized access and you must not give it to anyone. You can change servers and ports keeping various configuration files and selecting the proper one (you can generate as many as you wish with out configuration generator, menu "Member"-->"Access without our client") when running the OpenVPN client as a service. Kind regards AirVPN admins
