Hello! We confirm you that your account is just fine, it is on Premium status and authorized to access all the VPN servers. Can you please send us your Air client connection logs? After you have tried a connection to any VPN server with the Air client, right-click on the Air dock icon (a white cloud on a blue sky if connected, on a gray sky if disconnected) and select "Logs". A window will pop up. Click on "Copy to clipboard", finally paste here. Logs are very important for troubleshooting. Kind regards

The parameters you need to instruct the Rule Wizard to create rule that blocks utorrent.exe packets when the computer is not connected to the VPN are: - program: utorrent.exe (locate it, the full path is needed) - type of rule: Block - type of connection: Connection to and from other computers - computers that apply to the rule: Only the computers and sites listed below - and compile the list with every possible IP address that your computer physical network card can have (for example 192.168.0.0/16 which in CIDR notation covers all the addresses from 192.168.0.0 to 192.168.255.255) - protocols for the rule: All - ports for the rule: All ports, local and remote Apply the rule and test it carefully before relying on it: when the computer is disconnected from the VPN, uTorrent must not be able to send or receive any packet. Hello! No, with OpenVPN they can't do that, they can't bypass the routing table. Exception: in general, an application can bypass the routing table if it is forced to bind to the physical network interface. However, in order to do so the system administrator needs to force the bind explicitly, or let the application run with administrator privileges. In general, keep in mind that a VPN is not an anti-malware tool, and can't protect you (except in some very specific circumstances) against that malware which in some way elevates itself to administrator privileges in your system. The AirVPN client will show automatically the new server, while if you use the OpenVPN client you can generate all the files to access it through our configuration/certificates/key generator (menu "Member Area"->"Access without our client"). The server accepts connections on ports 53, 80, 443, 2018 UDP and TCP. As usual no traffic limits, no logs, no discrimination on protocols and hardened security against various attacks with separate entry and exit-IP addresses. You can check anytime Air servers status here: https://airvpn.org/status In your "Member Area"->"Your details" panel you can see the reason of the last failed connection attempt. In order to add configurations to Tunnelblick for easy and quick servers switching: http://code.google.com/p/tunnelblick/wiki/cConfigT#Creating_and_Installing_a_Tunnelblick_VPN_Configuration You can ignore step 4: the files generated by our configuration generator are already fully compatible with Tunnelblick, they do not contain a path to certificates and key. You are not exposed, but please make sure you have disabled geographical location in your Firefox: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/geolocation/ It is a new potentially privacy-infringing feature of HTML5 which tries to disclose and transmit your location regardless of your IP address. That said, Firefox doesn’t share your location without your permission: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/geolocation It is also possible that Romanian IP addresses undergo the same limitations that are applied to German IP addresses (for copyright or any other reason). Hello! Your account is on Premium status, authorized to access all the VPN servers, so that can't be the cause of the problem. From your ping commands output, it does not even seem a DNS issue. Can you please try a connection to port 80 TCP and port 53 UDP on a couple of different servers and tell us if the problem is the same? Kind regards

Hello! In your case, in Vuze specify eth6. Make sure that you tick "Enforce IP bindings even when interfaces are not available [...]". uTorrent has a bind-IP option, not a bind interface option. This is somehow impractical because your VPN IP address (i.e. the IP address DHCP-pushed by our servers to your TAP-Win32 tun/tap adapter) is dynamic, so you would need to change it each time you disconnect and re-connect to a server, or when you switch server. In Comodo, you just need to define the following three Application Rules for utorrent.exe: Allow IP In/Out From IP In [10.4.0.0 - 10.9.255.255] To MAC Any Where Protocol Is Any Allow IP In/Out From MAC Any To IP In [10.4.0.0 - 10.9.255.255] Where Protocol Is Any Block IP In/Out From MAC Any To MAC Any Where Protocol Is Any Kind regards
