  1. you agree with them? that's crazy. While I agree there is something wrong on my PC and i'm open to reimaging my desktop but to respond to your customer with that comment (offer no solution) and just refund my subscription and cancel my account is not what I call good customer service Hello! The way you expose the facts is very peculiar, to say the least, and casts some doubts on your good faith. Just for the readers, because you should already know: your account has not been deleted or anything else (and this is obvious, since you could write on the forum with that very same account)your account can still access VPN serversthe support you need goes well beyond technical support pertaining to Air, but as a courtesy you have been fully refunded (for your last payment) because you can't, unfortunately, expect infinite support on this problem (and any other problem which is not Air competence). In this way you can decide with no time pressure what to do, and continue testing without your one year money commitmentbefore giving up, support persons provided you with more than 30 replies in multiple tickets (it's not that you have been left with the problem without even trying to solve it)Kind regards

Website: http://www.zdf.de/ German TV channel ZDF (Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen). Status: OK Native: DE Routing: All servers.
  3. Hello, in a VPN in which all nodes are trusted, direct connections between nodes inside the VPN can be desirable (to share resources, for example, and more). In a public service like ours nodes of course can not be trusted. Therefore we do not allow direct connections between nodes inside the VPN. Kind regards
  4. Please enable "Seamless tunnel" in "openvpn-connect" application. Kind regards
  5. Hello! We're sorry, this experiment has been closed and Netflix IT is not accessible from our infrastructure. We've been late to communicate that, we apologize for any inconvenience. Kind regards
  6. Hello! Please check the Kaspersky settings about UDP. During the last years we have met hundreds of cases in which Kaspersky thought that the UDP flow was an UDP flood attack. As a reaction it starts dropping packets and causes disconnections (when you connect to the VPN in UDP). Problem arises especially when you run a torrent client because the UDP flow rises up and the UDP/TCP ratio tends to infinite. Kind regards
  7. Website: Teleboy TV Switzerland streaming television, Live and On Demand. Status: OK Native: CH servers. Routing: All other servers.
  8. Any firewall different than Windows Firewall must not be "turned off", it must be removed (if you wish to use Network Lock). Kind regards
  9. Hello, if you still have "WebRTC leaks" with Network Lock enabled then the firewall is not working properly. In the last weeks (from the tickets) we have seen a rising amount of Windows users that run two or EVEN THREE firewalls simultaneously, obviously with catastrophic consequences. We think that running multiple firewalls is the most common reason for which Network Lock is reported to not prevent all leaks in Windows. We remind you that a firewall is a program running with enough privileges to access and modify the OS packet filtering table. If you run more than one process with such features, you have multiple programs which continuously compete with each other to modify the packet filtering tables, with unpredictable results. Kind regards
  10. The problem was solved on 23-Dec-2015. Kind regards

That makes no sense, with due respect. You don't need to compensate anything. If you are worried about that, just buy the strictly necessary Bitcoins for your purchases (or sell a service or your work for them) and spend them immediately. Kind regards
  12. We have made exactly the same considerations but ultimately we decided to make this server public because at the moment we have no valid alternatives in Prague (with the same or higher requirements). We are working to see if we can get different IP addresses for a more favorable geo-location. Kind regards
  13. Hello! We're very glad to inform you that a new 1 Gbit/s server located in the Czech Republic is available: Zuben. The AirVPN client will show automatically the new server, while if you use the OpenVPN client you can generate all the files to access it through our configuration/certificates/key generator (menu "Client Area"->"Config generator"). Zuben accepts connections on ports 53, 80, 443, 2018 UDP and TCP. Just like every other Air server, Zuben supports OpenVPN over SSL and OpenVPN over SSH. As usual no traffic limits, no logs, no discrimination on protocols and hardened security against various attacks with separate entry and exit-IP addresses. Do not hesitate to contact us for any information or issue. Kind regards and datalove AirVPN Team
  14. It's a bug of CKEditor. The second time you open the same post containing quotes (write, leave page, load saved content or write, post, edit this post) and you press Backspace somewhere, the quote boxes go to limbo. Workaround: If you make mistakes, mark everything you did wrong and replace it. Yes, an extremely annoying bug. Another workaround is just pressing ENTER at the end of the each quoted piece (outside the quote itself). You will notice that the quoted piece will be re-formatted properly. After that, if you delete a character in the text, you should not lose the quote boxes anymore. Note: if you have various pieces of quotes text, you will need to press ENTER at the end of each quoted piece, before starting to edit your own text. Kind regards
  15. Hello! Ports are forwarded to the system VPN IP address on each VPN server each system is connected to. Kind regards
  16. Hello! Since you can connect in TCP it's not a client bug. Both the Air client and Tunnelblick are OpenVPN wrappers. It's OpenVPN that can't enter the VPN in UDP. Before anything else you should make sure that no packet filtering tool, either on your system or router, is interfering with UDP (and/or OpenVPN) packets. If it's your ISP the culprit blocking UDP or anyway interfering with it, the only solutions are connections over TCP or changing ISP. Kind regards
  17. @mrmindway Please make sure that your router queries VPN DNS servers and that the devices connected to the router query either VPN DNS servers or router (and not any other DNS). Kind regards
  18. Hello! We're very glad to inform you that two new 1 Gbit/s servers located in New York City and Atlanta, GA (US) are available: Zosma and Kaus. UPDATE 16-JUL-16: ZOSMA WITHDRAWN (reason: provider could not keep up anymore with the previously agreed monthly traffic) The AirVPN client will show automatically the new servers, while if you use the OpenVPN client you can generate all the files to access them through our configuration/certificates/key generator (menu "Client Area"->"Config generator"). The servers accept connections on ports 53, 80, 443, 2018 UDP and TCP. Just like every other Air server, Zosma and Kaus support OpenVPN over SSL and OpenVPN over SSH. As usual no traffic limits, no logs, no discrimination on protocols and hardened security against various attacks with separate entry and exit-IP addresses. Do not hesitate to contact us for any information or issue. Kind regards and datalove AirVPN Team
  19. Hello! It's a problem of the program you're using. Netflix USA is perfectly accessible from the servers you cite. The Netflix application does not run correctly on our testing system. In one three of our testing systems with Windows 10, it even crashes regularly. We confirm there are no problems with Netflix USA. Kind regards
  20. The problem has been solved and therefore the topic has been locked to prevent FUD. If new problems arise, a new topic can be opened. Kind regards
  21. Hello! A correction is not possible because we do not have access to Netflix CA. Therefore, from the Canadian servers it's a choice between Netflix USA or no Netflix at all. Kind regards
  22. Not really in this case. We only re-route if the local Netflix blocks the VPN server in the specific country (or if a local Netflix does not exist, of course). For example, from Canada servers you will access Netflix USA, because Netflix CA would be anyway not reachable. Again, please see here https://airvpn.org/topic/9223-netflix Kind regards
  23. Hello! We already have a new one. We're waiting to have it connected, then we will be testing (we'll be fast, promised). Kind regards
  24. Hello! Good news: Netflix USA is now accessible. Please see here for details: https://airvpn.org/topic/9223-netflix/?p=9315 As usual, it's necessary to use VPN DNS (even when you connect to USA servers). Kind regards
