New eddie stable

@inradius give Hummingbird a try without Eddie. It still doesn't have a GUI, but works fairly well and doesn't rely on Mono. The speeds are also better. I run it on Linux Mint 19.3 which is based on Ubuntu 18.04. -

Hello! Your Eddie version is several years old (thanks for having picked AirVPN since a long ago!) and is causing the problem. Please upgrade Eddie and the problem should get resolved.
