RnK 0 Posted ... ok...this is a weird one. VPN is only on one machine, i turn on the vpn and do nothing else, other computers attached to the same network is slowed down. I turned off the vpn, everything is back to normal. i tested this by doing rebooting every machine and turning on the vpn on and viewing the same youtube video on a different machine. Most plausible explanation according to all the gathered information is that your ISP shapes the whole line as soon as it detects an OpenVPN connection.
