Tunneling over a proxy may add an anonymity layer but may significantly decrease performance. If you wish to tunnel transparently all the applications over Air over a proxy, look at this example: https://airvpn.org/tor If you want to perform partition of trust, Air over TOR is a strong solution. It is down for good because the provider took for granted & true any copyright infringement notice from anyone and failed (until now, the request is still pending) to make a SWIP allocation for us in order to let us handle directly copyright trolls and other deranged people, a thing for which we are well prepared. The provider also requested us to take unreasonable steps in order to verify and then prevent allegations of infringements and we simply put the server down, since we are of course unwilling to give money to a company which allows copyright trolls to control and impair the Internet. We assure you that we'll expand our servers range in the USA according to bandwidth needs and with providers meeting our requirements. Kind regards

Also, check whether the proxy type matches the proxy type you selected (OpenVPN supports both http and SOCKS proxies). You might try a connection without your proxy as well. Kind regards

Hello! The minimum bandwidth is guaranteed in the worst case scenario. Currently we have preferred to have bw redundancy than limiting number of connections to the servers. Of course, should all the clients decide to connect at the same time to the same server, that server would no more be able to provide at least 4 Mbit/s per client, and we would be compelled to limit the number of clients that can connect to each server. Our commitment is meant to guarantee a minimum bw allocation on the global infrastructure, not on each single server (which would be theoretically impossible). However, even that extreme case would not imply that we failed our commitment , since there would always be at least a server with a minimum of 8 Mbit/s free. In reality, thanks to our growing customer base, we have been able to go beyond our commitment, since we have now enough servers to provide more than the allocated guaranteed bandwidth (see the previous message). So, if the question refers to speed, it's not possible to answer. Currently our servers "constellation" is largely oversized. We have a 24/7 bandwidth availability of more than 650 Mbit/s on 6 servers (Tauri, Delphini, Castor, Vega, Sirius, Draconis). Furthermore, availability of 900 Mbit/s on at least 1 server between them covers the most part of any given 24 hrs period. For your purpose, just do not connect Air over proxy, use the proxy with a properly configured application after you have connected to Air with proxy "None". Kind regards

@xdroid The logs look ok. Please check whether you have forced external DNS on your Windows network setup. Make sure that Windows accept DHCP-pushed DNS for the TAP-Win32 adapter (Windows does not have the concept of global DNS, it can use a DNS for each network card).
