Staff 9972 Posted ... @airUser Hello! The problem is that you are not authorized to connect to that server: it's a premium server, reserved to premium members. Please connect only to the free server. If you want to become a premium member of AirVPN, please refer to "Payment plans". A premium member enjoys no bandwidth limitation and minimum guaranteed allocated bandwidth, plus 20 remote forwarding ports and fast customer assistance. airUser 0 Posted ... Nope. I've changed ip then i'd recieved exactly the same response for 94.23.211.188 I followed instructions given here https://airvpn.org/index.php?option=com_air&view=access&Itemid=100 If this is a protected server too couldn't you please provide me with a correct IP Here or by mail Quote Share this post Link to post
Staff 9972 Posted ... Hello! 94.23.211.188 is ok, it's the free server. Please be aware that in the log you were trying to access the premium server. We'll investigate into the matter, thank you for the warning. In the meantime, try to open a completely new account, re-generate and download configuration and certificate files (air.zip), and let us know if you can access free server with the new account.
