AirVPN software problem on my macbook

I've been using the program on my Windows desktop for a while. Really like it. Tried installing it on my macbook. Wow, what a mess. So basically, it won't open. Period. No matter what I do. When I first double clicked on it, it appeared in my dock. If I try to open it from there, nothing happens. I also cannot close it. Because I can't close it, I can't move the program to trash. I'm stuck.

It is minimized. Click the tray icon and select "Show main window".
