  1. Hi The webpage from RarBG is working fine from AirVPN IP's, but since a few days ago the trackers are unreacheable. I have been using AirVPN and those trackers for more than a year without issues. I have tried several servers in different countries with the same result. I have no issues with other trackers. Here are the airvpn route analisys for several of those trackers: https://airvpn.org/routes/?q=9.rarbg.to https://airvpn.org/routes/?q=tracker.fatkhoala.org https://airvpn.org/routes/?q=tracker.tallpenguin.org Those 3 are udp trackers, all with the same results. The only http tracker gives a http code 307 error most of the time, sometimes a connection failed: https://airvpn.org/routes/?q=tracker.trackerfix.com Apart from a problem in their servers and the AirVPN IP's being banned because someone abused them, could there be any other reason?
  2. Hi all, Since a couple weeks that RARBG tracks are no longer working for me: Is anyone else having the same issues? If I disable the VPN and network lock that they start working again... I'm using Musicda and Chara as AirVPN servers. Thanks!
  3. If rarbg related they already packed their bags and went to Mars... https://torrentfreak.com/rarbg-shutdown-is-a-major-blow-to-the-pirate-ecosystem-230601/
  4. I am always connected to server Telescopium in Canada since it's better than servers in USA for me for some reason. I get better results/speeds from Canada than I do for California, and I am closer to California. Anyway I am now getting this when trying to go to myanimelist.net: "Access has been restricted for this account and/or IP address. If you are using a VPN or proxy IP, please disable it while using MAL.If you feel this ban is an error, you may have encountered a spambot's IP ban. Please contact a moderator at MAL's IRC channel: web client.Once you have connected, please private message a moderator who has an & symbol before their nick (double-click). Click here to show your IP address. Account ban evasions will only result in your ban becoming successively longer - and possibly permanent. Do not attempt to evade account bans by creating new accounts. Please contact a moderator (details above) to discuss the reasons for your ban and/or if the ban has been longer than expected. While banned you will be able to see your bookshelf and read purchased items, but you will be unable to access the store or purchase any new items." Furthermore For ages I have to keep doing a captcha for rarbg.to. It is very annoying. It is daily. In fact, I just got it now. I get taken to this page: https://rarbg.to/threat_defence.php There have been times that the IP is completely blocked for the day and I have to switch servers to get access.
  5. I can confirm that rarbg trackers will not connect through VPN. I contacted rarbg and it seems they think I have no right to understand the "why". They say enable DHT and PeX instead even though this simply attracts 10x 20x more leechers sharing nothing grabbing everything and far far less peers sharing than there are with trackers connected and DHT PeX not enabled! As an example, one rarbg torrent with DHT and PeX enabled - it's the same for every one of their torrents - after 48hrs, 250 peers banned manually, only one peer sharing and only two 100% seeding total down speed only 227KiB/s whereas total up speed constantly hitting 4MiB/s! Rarbg don't seem to be interested that not using a VPN opens up our activity to our ISP which in turn opens us up to cease and desist notices and claims! Best answer is to look elsewhere for content even though that in itself is a drag given rarbg content is so extensive. Hopefully other sites will catch-on and fix this self-inflicted rarbg no sense nonsense.
  6. Hi, I have been experiencing a weird issue in the past few months when I try to access rarbg.com. Using US servers such as "Arrakis" or "Librae" allow access to visit rarbg.com web page and I can get the torrent file but as soon as I open it in uTorrent it never connects to the tracker and will not begin downloading. I have read a bit about the issue and I guessed it might have been a simple blocking issue because accessing other torrent sites and downloads work fine. I have also checked my port forwarding and it appears to be working. As an alternative solution, I have selected a Canadian server "Grumium" in the past three months and without changing any specific settings in my torrent client it works again even the previously unconnectable torrents were downloading...HOWEVER last week, I have noticed that the rarbg.com web page is not reachable by the browser (the browser tries connecting and then times out) while I am on Canadian "Grumium" server conncetion. The web page is reachable if I am on a US server such as "Arrakis". So what is going on? It seems like US server is blocking the tracker traffic for downloads and the Canadian server is blocking the actual web site. It is a weird issue. Can you suggest a solution in order to re-establish web page and tracker download access/traffic for rarbg.com? Thanks, Jim
  7. Ok. I understand what you are saying is the probable issue. I have sent an email to rarbg, let's see if they respond. About my client, I am using TransmissionBT. I have checked and it says it respects the private setting and disables DHT for a torrent marked as private, so I have turned DHT on as it should not activate it for the private torrents. That has made the rarbg torrents work again. I did not know about this private option. Thanks. The situation is not ideal but it has solved the issue at least. Let's see if rarbg answers and we can access the trackers again.
  8. Hi, I'm on Fedora 25 and using qbittorrent. I have access to AirVPN and IPVanish. When I download torrents from rarbg, the trackers are trackerfix.com:80 udp:rarbg.to:2710 and udp:rarbg.me:2710 The UDP torrent trackers are working fine when connected to IPV however when connected to AirVPN qbittorrent says "Not Working". In addition, trackerfix.com is unreachable from AirVPN but reachable when I'm not connected. The same behavior is present in Dallas and Chicago AirVPN servers. 9. RARBG wouldn't.. In fact they're one of the ones like Pirate Bay and Demonoid that have warnings all over the place about how you SHOULD be using a VPN. Some providers however, have been flagged. I get a message when I go to RARBG that my IP range has caused suspicious activity in the past, but the site still works fine (I get one at ETTV as well). I cant recall running into trouble with any of the Nor Cal servers, but I spend most of my time on the LA ones and they're all fine with RARBG. Been using the new Arizona ones the last few weeks, and believe it or not, they're faster and seem to be running even better than the ones here at home in LA.. Shorter ping times too. I have had days where RARBG completely blocks me from surfing the site for 2 hrs because "Too much activity from your IP address". That usually happens when I am catching up from things I missed for a week. I looked up Arizona servers, and those have nearly 200 latency for me. So, I guess using those is out of the question. It sucks because Persei has been the BEST server out of everything I have tried, and it continually has this issue with RARBG screwing it up. RARBG wouldn't.. RARBG trackers *do* block many of Air servers. I use them too and usually have to rely on DHT only as the RARBG trackers don't respond. On a few servers I've tried their trackers respond normally. Again, it's not AirVPN doing the blocking, so it must be RARBG. I understand it seems ironic for them to suggest you use a VPN but then block some VPN IP but it's the truth. How do I adjust or do anything with DHT?
  10. Speaking of which, when I go to RARBG's home page, https://rarbg.to/index80.php I get their home page. However, when go to their Torrents page, something else happens entirely. I'm taken to https://rarbg.to/threat_defence.php?defence=1&r=28487055 and the page says Please wait while we try to verify your browser... Please don't change tabs / minimize your browser or the process will fail If you are stuck on this page disable your browser addons Then the page changes to https://rarbg.to/threat_defence.php?defence=2&sk=e4apvn2fxs&cid=39590195&i=2140621235&ref_cookie=rarbg.to&r=41517406 and the page has looks like this Can this be avoided?
  11. So, here we go again. The Persei server located in California refuses to magnet link ANYTHING or download torrents from rarbg.to at decent speeds. But a few days ago it was just fine and fast as usual. I had this problem a few months ago, and once last year as well, and now it is back. Again. I have to switch servers, any server (Heze or Aquila in California or Pisces in Canada), then do the magnet link, THEN it downloads. If I then switch back to Persei it downloads, eventually. Also, the Status of most every URL in the Trackers is "Not Working" when I am on Persei server. But, right now I am on Pisces in Canada and most all are Working. Once I got back to Persei, Not Working again. There is something with RARBG and Persei server that they just don't like each other all the time. It goes away in a few weeks and everything works fine, then it comes back again. Does anyone have any idea what this is?
  12. AirVPN leases some servers with M247. I doubt M247 is blocking RARBG, but rather RARBG is blocking connections to M247. Maybe someone more knowledgeable than me can check this. What client are you using? I'm using qBittorrent and rtorrent, both automatically disable DHT when a private torrent is added.

  14. I couldn't access to https://ww.rarbg.to website with any netherland server. Everything ok with german.
  15. RARBG has blocked every canadian server I have tried (dheneb, spica, almach, chort).
  16. Well, they don't work for everyone as evidenced by a similar thread here:Perhaps server location and/ or using M247 hosted servers cause this issue, but it looks like Rarbg has decided to blacklist a number of vpn ip ranges. There's nothing AirVPN can do about it.
  17. Been using Rarbg in combination with Airvpn for years, everything is working perfectly here, no connection problems
  18. Blocked from 14 exits currently - check routes. More than 24 hrs.
  19. Same thing using BitTorrent 7.10.3 on Windows 7 x64 (via OpenVPN client) and Transmission 2.94 on FreeNAS 11.3-U2.1 -- opentrackr.org:1337 works, leechers-paradise.org:6969 works, but rarbg.me and rarbg.to don't, regardless of the port. I have the listening port forwarded correctly through the administration panel and set correctly in my torrent client settings. yougetsignal.com confirms that my port is reachable. Ideas? I'm currently on this 3-day trial...

  21. Well, nothing to do. A block's a block. Maybe make an exception for MAL's IP addresses if there aren't too many. rarbg is a known topic, simply search for it to see all the threads of the past. Nothing can be done there, VPNs are simply not welcome.
  22. Thats a first. RARBG Your ip downloaded over 200 torrents in the past 24 hours. We are sorry but this is pure flooding so you are limited to downloading only using magnets! If is not your ip this means you are using a site vpn/proxy/unblocker that is not configured properly. ?? Load:294 / 1000 Mbit/s Sessions online 84. Gianfar. Speeds are good tough, 170Mbits with a 200Mbit line. Never seen this one before. Maybe Rarbg has a new policy?
  23. @giganerd That is pretty weird because I checked my client again today and - despite no changes in the config and no jail restarts, only one tunnel reconnection and a few soft TLS resets (as found in the OpenVPN log) - most of the trackers light up green. So I doubt rarbg was explicitly blocking Air's exit addresses and suddenly decided to unblock them.
  24. Is there a way to switch to DHT / PEX and still have working RARBG torrent downloads using AirVPN? Or any other way around without giving up going through my VPN?
