It's unfortunate we've bad actors on the internet. But it's important to remember here that the biggest and baddest actors with the money and regulatory capture are ultimately the ones causing you the inconvenience and infringing your freedom in the name of a campaign that usually targets very small actors who don't play by their rules. Do you see why giving concessions to such people is foolish? They can't ever be appeased. Besides, copyright "infringement" is only one of many reasons VPNs get blocked. You are mistaken if you think your would-be masters won't soon return with more demands, and before long VPNs will have no meaning for privacy at all. Also, separating the userbase into "clean" and "dirty" servers would best serve to make each honeypots for their respective users based on the purported intentions of their online activity. If Tor and I2P teach us anything, it's that "clean" and "dirty" users need to enthusiastically mix their traffic on the same network to help ensure everyone's privacy and interests online.

    More Canadian Servers

Also, to add to that, in the last few days I was using Haedus in the US which was always at 60-80% usage when I connected, and I did not experience degraded performance, mainly streaming and file uploads to a cloud. In my humble opinion you can treat any yellows as greens and simply use them. These figures are momentary snapshots of the line's status, anyway. The reality is not so easy to measure, the status changes from second to second. Even the reds are usually temporary excesses in usage and don't depict prolonged overuse, see the rrd graphs on the server detail pages. Heck, even low-usage (~20%) servers can suddenly get a red status if someone with a gigabit link starts downloading seriously. These screenshots are, again in my humble opinion, absolutely no proof for anything. If you want to proof continuous overuse of server bandwidth, start with the rrdgraphs.

    Best support in the world!

I recently had my account hacked (My fault, used a very weak password and forgot my email address) and the extremely helpful support team were able to get me the info I needed to get back into my account! Not only that but I have had no issues with the service since I joined in 2016. Thank you for being awesome!
