Pollux imminent withdrawal announcement

Hello,

 

we regret to inform you that due to irreconcilable contrasts with the provider, the server POLLUX will be withdrawn and relocated, or replaced with a different USA server. We recommend that you disconnect from the server as soon as possible, because either we or the provider will bring down the server in the nearest future.

 

The reason of the contrasts originated from the request by the provider, inviting us to discriminate against a range of protocols (in particular, p2p protocols), which is contrary to our mission and a breach of our agreements in an allegedly network neutral datacenter.

I dont even use the US-servers, but really apreciate you guys sticking to your "policy"!

This was announced over a month ago and I see the server is still online. Any chance that the provider changed their stance and the server will remain up?

Are you sure that there is no P2P filtering on this server? I am currently using Pollux and oddly enough most of my trackers are unable to connect yet some can... I hadn't run into this problem until recently however I intend to test by connecting to a different server... This is kind of a big deal to me...

 

Speed wise though... WOW! you guys keep impressing me!
