ANSWERED OpenVPN over SSL Manual connect issue?

I'm following this tutorial: https://airvpn.org/ssl/

 

I'm currently on usage part.

 

however i do not get this command:

 

openvpn "AirVPN <..> - SSL <..>.ovpn"

How i'm supposed to continue.

 

This is what i get when i try to launch it

 

C:\Users\Omistaja\Desktop\stunnel>openvpn "AirVPN - SSL AirVPN_SE-Serpentis_UDP-
443.ovpn"

Options error: In [CMD-LINE]:1: Error opening configuration file: AirVPN - SSL A
irVPN_SE-Serpentis_UDP-443.ovpn

You're typing the wrong file name, please type the correct file name. If in doubt issue command "ls" to see the list of the files in the current directory. Press TAB for auto-completion help while typing the filename.
