Format seems incorrect

I subscribed a plan yesterday, and all went well !

Then, I switch on the computer this morning, and when I open the "AirVPN client", it says (in French) : "Le format de la chaîne d'entrée est incorrect".

And I can't log in...

Please try to delete the .XML configuration file, it might be corrupt and maybe the autofix function fails. Detect the path and the XML file name by looking at the logs (right-click the Air dock icon then select "Logs"). Restart the client, it will re-create automatically the configuration file (you will have to re-enter your username).
