VPN Keeps stopping

After random amounts of time the vpn keeps on going to 0kb/s down and some rubbish made up number up ... there is no internet with it on 0 ... and i have every time selected the server again ... which in itself takes ages ... would there be any way to solve this

 

Any reason for it being so slow - 200 kb/s is the best i have had today, with an average of around 100kb/s

Can you please tell us your OS and send us the OpenVPN logs, taken after the problem occurs?
