ANSWERED Paid but still member access

Hi,renewed my account for premium access but to my dismay,when payment through paypal was completed account remained at member access.This has never happened and hope u resolve it.

please follow your ticket from the support staff. Your transaction is still pending, hopefully it's just a temporary PayPal problem.

transaction has been now cleared by PayPal and account has been automatically activated. Probably it was something related to PayPal Risk Management or security service.
