ANSWERED Canadian server Cephei constantly down

The Canadian server Cephei is constantly down.  I cant stay connected to it for more than 15 minutes without being either knocked off or just having my speeds drop to 0 for 5minutes.  Cephei is "grey" almost every time I log on to the client.

does anybody else experience the same problem? Currently no problems are reported, neither from users nor from our monitoring system.

I had the same problem throughout yesterday and part of Thursday. Anyway, everything is back to normal now.

 

Since there's no problem with the server and no problems with my ISP, maybe this was a test by the telco to disrupt VPN traffic?
