Trouble Connecting

I am having trouble connecting as a new user. I was waiting to see if the problem resolved itself after the backed issues were resolved, but it did not. I am receiving the following error while using the AirVPN client wrapper: "Account not active, please retry later."

 

I have checked the website and it states that I am a premium user with 91 days of service remaining. Any ideas? Thank you!
