Can't connect, showing high upload

Hi Guys,

 

 

since some days i have the problem thate when i connect on some servers, i can't use the internet und the client is showing my a very high upload rate. I have normally 120kb/sec, but see what the image shows me.

 

When i click on disconnect, i cant reconnect, it is saying i am already connected. I have to wait some minutes.

 

 

any ideas ?

Can you determine which process (if any) is causing such upload rate?

One tool that can do this easily is Process Hacker. Run as administrator then go to the Network tab and sort the process list by Send Rate. If you managed to replace Window's Task Manager with Process Hacker as the default and did not wish this you can revert back by clicking the Hacker menu bar item then Options, the Advanced tab and uncheck "Replace Task Manager with Process Hacker".
