I just went to renew my account with paypal and there is no usa country choice whats the deal?

 I selected payment method paypal.    The paypal  page came up in italian and when I went to select my country every country seemed to be there but the uniited states. you can't make a payment without that.   

 

ps. paypal is known to be very hostile to vpn providers so you should use  another processor  anyway
