Swiss Servers always disconnects and packet loss?

Recommended Posts

Posted ... (edited)

I always used a UK Server until it shut down. I then decided to switch to a swiss server. I used Athebyne and Toliman. I realized they are very unstable - my client lost connection all the time (my ping to the swiss server is 10ms). I realized they have several times an hour problems with packet loss:

Is this Problem now to AirVPN? It seems also - at least for my case - it they are unusable like they are. I mean all 10 minutes I get disconnected.

What is going on there?

I now switched to a DE server - so far it works.

Hello!

A few flood attacks caused various problems throughout August but the main problem since one or two weeks ago is the uplink capacity in our opinion.
We were expecting maintenance operation in the Zurich DC to increase uplink capacity and improve access switch redundancy by adding a second switch to the rack between Aug 31 and Sep 1, but it was unfortunately re-scheduled to Sep 8. We will evaluate whether the added capacity will be enough to resolve the problems and we will act accordingly.

Kind regards
