procedure to create second account using discount code?

I asked for the discount code for setting up a second account, received it, and am now trying to set up another account.

I had assumed that I should setup another account name. But it seems to be unhappy that I want to use the same E-mail address.

What is the procedure I should be using? Thanks.

Thank you.

You need to register a new account with a different e-mail address. Two identical e-mail addresses can't co-exist in the system for obvious reasons.
