Nasheayahu 3 Posted ... I have no session running on my systems and I keep getting active session automatically appearing in the Client Area, that is running up my allowed connection. What goes on and I get a tech to view thus immediately please? I have turned off all my systems with Eddie except this one I'm using to post. I used the appimage version to initiate eddie. Thanks!... P.S. How can I manual block eddie from connecting using this site until this is fixed? I already changed my password. Quote Share this post Link to post

Hello! Please make sure that Eddie is not configured to connect automatically at startup on "Preferences" > "General" window. If the problem persists and you do not recognize the session(s) it is necessary to keep into consideration a possible unauthorized use of your account. Please change your AirVPN user password (pick a strong password you do not use anywhere else) and renew your keys to cut out any potential fraudulent user, please see here: https://airvpn.org/forums/topic/26209-how-to-manage-client-certificatekey-pairs/ Kind regards Quote Share this post Link to post

Eddie is not running on any of my systems nor in background process. I use Proton Pass to keep and generate my passwords. I just changed my Proton Account password (to 30 length) added Two-factor authentication using Microsoft Authenticator app. Everything changed and instantly the connections reappear. What goes on? 2 hours ago, Staff said: renew your keys to cut out any potential fraudulent user Don't have this, but will added it as well. P.S. Can I just (1) delete this account, (2) transfer remaining time to a new account? UPDATE: I just deleted my "Your VPN devices" and so far the connections has not reappeared. So how did this happen, that my "VPN device" (same since 2022) was "hijacked" or "kept in session" like this and Is these where I need to "renew" often? Quote Share this post Link to post
