Hello!

Can you please send us the exact error message and the connection logs of the Air client (please right-click on the Air dock icon and select "Logs", click on "Copy to clipboard" and paste in the message)?

Kind regards

Oh and also please note that I did get the non-US servers to work (example: Germany) at one time and webpages load, but it doesn't work anymore. Am I missing a step to do or something? I run as admin and select Germany server now and it doesn't load anything.

Hello!

There's some problem with the route gateway:

1/30/2013 - 9:54 PM Warning: route gateway is ambiguous: 192.168.0.1 (2 matches)

Please read also here:

https://forums.openvpn.net/topic7983.html

Unfortunately we have no rational explanation at the moment to say why it happens to you only on non-US servers (the OpenVPN servers side configuration is absolutely identical on every server). We'll investigate further, if you have any additional information do not hesitate to post it.

Kind regards

Hello!

Let's determine if it's a DNS issue. When you connect to a VPN server and you can't browse, please open a command prompt and issue the following commands:

ping 10.4.0.1

ping google.com

ping 212.117.180.25

and send us the output at your convenience.

Kind regards
