kanetoad 1 Posted ... Hello, I’m experiencing a strange issue where I can’t seem to ping any of the AirVPN UK hosts, while connections to other locations outside the UK are working fine. I suspect my ISP might be blocking the AirVPN UK hosts, as I’ve tried a different ISP and the UK hosts are pinging correctly. Since this has happened i moved to alternative AirVpn servers (Euro/Earth) as the UK servers are not pinging for my UK ISP Community Fiber :/ They're are working from an alternative ISP here in the UK which suggest either I'm being blocked or there's a routing issue at play? Seemed to have similar issues to other folks connecting to UK servers, my ISP is also Community Fibre, I'm not on CGNAT, I've had it all working fine then this week cannot connect using pfSense. If so we can move the thread to the specific forum here: https://airvpn.org/forums/forum/20-known-isp-issue/ Please test also with filters disabled, just in case the VPN server addresses have been added to some opt out block list. In the UK it has been verified that some ISPs black list AirVPN web site as a porn site (which tells a lot about the degree of accuracy they compile such lists and their level of expertise in general...). The unblocking of some categories may be accepted or denied. Hello! Yes, of course, according to the reports we receive Community Fibers does not block VPN protocols, but AirVPN UK servers IP addresses. In Europe, all the 10 Gbit/s servers are not with M247, and all the servers in the Netherlands, Estonia, Sweden and Latvia are not with M247. You can find other non-M247 servers in Czech Republic, Germany, Spain and Switzerland. List of 10 Gbit/s (full duplex) servers in Europe. Also just did a quick test of the some of the servers @tycoon21 couldn't connect to and had the same result.
