I can use Eddie without any problems on my phone! I wish I could also use on my pc. I also notice that the WinTun interface is no longer there when the connection is shut down, which is not normal. Is there something installed and running on the PC which somehow manages/"optimizes" your network? Maybe an antivirus program? The only thing network related that I had running was Hamachi. I disabled it and rebooted. Still nothing. I tried updating Eddie and changing to TCP, but the problem still persists. Since I'm not very knowledgeable with networking, if it was the ISP blocking it, wouldn't I be unable to use it on my phone, since it's connected to the same router? Yes, you are right, so we must go back to the previous assumption and put it under discussion again, as the block could be on the machine itself.
