I live in the Chicago area and when I log into the Pavonis server is shows in the Wichita, KS area. The server is connected and the IP has changed but the speed is lacking.

Pavonis is in a datacenter located in Chicago. Please try connections to different ports in order to make a performance comparison, just in case your ISP caps bandwidth on outbound port 443 UDP.
