Subsequent attempts with other PCs (same LAN) work just fine (establishing & maintaining server connection). It may be a S/W corruption issue with my main PC.
Absent any other suggestions, I may try re-installing Eddie.

Hello!

Please try the following procedure to resolve the problem:

• run Eddie
• on Eddie's main window uncheck "Remember me"
• log your account out
• log your account in (you'll need to re-enter your AirVPN credentials)
• try again a connection

Followed above instructions; unchecked "Remember me", logged out, tried to log back in but I get the error msg, "wrong password".
It's not the wrong PW. I checked my AirVPN account access on two of my other PCs--both worked fine with that PW. The problem seems to be with this particular PC.

Problem fixed. (My wife is way smarter than me)
The issue was a keyboard glitch/corruption that periodically manifested unseen upon typing in the user name block.
Hardware swapped to test, soon to be replaced.
