Why can Twitter still see me with locked connecton

I never login to any social media without using my VPN.  I always clear cache, cookies and even flush my DNS.  How did twitter spot where I was logging in when DNS leaks dont show my ip as leaking.  Yes I have Geolocation off on all browsers?

We don't know the Twitter systems, but other systems may improve geo-location approximation through the combination of browser language and system timezone.
