What happened to Cursa? Down since July 21st for maintenance

What happened to the Cursa server? It's been down for maintenance since July 21st, so almost a month now.

Cursa seems to be back online as of today or yesterday, but Acamar is now down for maintenance. Does anyone know what type of maintenance was done to Cursa and now to Acamar?
