Cannot resolve dns in containers

I am unable to resolve hostnames from within docker containers on my Raspberry Pi running Ubuntu 20.04. I have had this working previously with an old portable eddie client in debian 8, but not here.

When I have hummingbird running without dns, I am able to ping websites but this will not work from within the docker container.

Hello!

Maybe from inside your docker container the modification of system files is not allowed, it would sound correct under a security point of view. Changing system DNS is not a trivial operation and only a superuser can do it.
