jx35552zza 2 Posted ... Hello again. After having my screen off for a bit of time, I'm not sure for how long, my connection to the VPN drops. I think we are talking about having the screen off for an hour or so, I'm not sure. How would I prevent this from happening? I have attached the part of the log which I believe says everything to see what is happening I especially think that these lines from the log can be useful: 01 Jan 2020 17:53:15 UTC [Error] OpenVPN3 KEEPALIVE_TIMEOUT: Eddie Library Session invalidated: KEEPALIVE_TIMEOUT 01 Jan 2020 17:53:15 UTC [Info] VPN error detected. Staff 9972 Posted ... @jx35552zza Hello! The connection is lost without chance to recover it (fatal error). It's expected when the network interface is turned off to save power. Eddie then "locks" the tunnel to prevent leaks. If you have Android 9 or 10 you can disable the "VPN lock" option from the "Settings" and enable Android's features "Always on VPN" and "Do not allow traffic outside the tunnel" to prevent traffic leaks AND give Eddie the option to re-connect safely after any unrecoverable connection error. Kind regards 1 jx35552zza reacted to this Quote Share this post Link to post
jx35552zza 2 Posted ... Thank you, I will give this a try! I had all the options you mentioned enabled. "VPN lock", "Always on VPN" and "Do not allow traffic outside the tunnel". I have turned off the "VPN lock" now :) Quote Share this post Link to post
