Hi, OS: Windows 7 Starter When I try to connect to a server using the Air VPN Client the operation times out while "Checking", and then I lose my connection to the internet, and have to restart my computer in order to get the connection back. This happens regardless of which server I try to connect to, and regardless of whether I've disabled my firewall or not. Is the problem occurring even with any firewall and antivirus disabled? For example (in your Serpentis case): ping 178.248.30.131 Just in case, are you running PeerBlock on your system? Is the problem occurring even with any firewall and antivirus (and PeerBlock) disabled? After you have checked that, try a connection to a different server. Also, try a connection to a TCP port.
