'Temporary Suspended' (sic)

Hello. 

I have Eddie 2.13.6

Without any kind of warning the VPN has stopped working and the only thing I have to go on is a prompt saying 'Temporary Suspended' (their words not mine, I realize English isnt their forte as I believe this is based in Europe somewhere) 

Could someone shed some light on whats happening and why and when I can expect it to work again? Is this something I did? Is this something they did or someone else? How can I prevent this in the future? 

The only thing I can think of is that I recently reupped my subscription and accidentally purchased the 3 year plan 3 times (aka 9 years total). I thought about getting a refund but I am pretty happy with these guys so figured screw it.  My billing period is the 25th of the month and it is now the 4th. But I have received no word from my credit card company.

I would say this needs you to open a "Support" request. AirVPN does sometimes have bugs. And " Checking login ... Temporary suspended" sure sounds to me like such a problem.

This still works?

I think it refers to "hold on, we're checking your purchase"… but it would be odd if processing suspended the account for the time being.

Hello!

Yes, please open a ticket. A suspension from the VPN can mean some payment trouble you might be even unaware of. Further investigations are due.

Same for suspensions from the forum: permanent suspensions from the forum is caused 100% by spam (ads about pills, pharma, links of any type etc.) and often we find that the suspended person did not have any idea that a spambot was running in his/her syustem.
