ANSWERED user credentials being rejected by all servers!

Hi, my user name/password is being rejected by all servers this morning! I still have a few days left on my subscription so not sure what's going on.

Tunnelblick gives the following error:

The credentials (passphrase or username/password) were not accepted by the remote VPN server.

Hello!

This is an unfortunate series of events, we apologize for any inconvenience.

In this case we have had a problem with Cygnus. The server went suddenly offline, we only now know that the service has been suspended without prior notice by the ISP. The server did not communicate anymore with the backend and the connected accounts to the server were not "freed" for a vicious bug which has now been fixed. You should have no more this issue, but should this problem occur again please do not hesitate to contact us.

In order to help us troubleshoot the issue, can you please enable the connections stats from your panel (menu "Member Area"->"Settings")? Can you also please send us the connection logs when the problem occurs?

I'm experiencing this problem again too... I was actually connected to Omicron just fine for a couple of hours but I closed the connection in order to connect to a different server and when I tried to reconnect I started getting the 'invalid secrets' error on all servers again (including Omicron)... I'm just trying to figure out where the vpn logs are on ubuntu and then I'll send them to you.

This service is actually becoming basically unusable, I don't have time to spend an hour every day trying to connect to the VPN service I've payed for before I can actually surf securely.

I'm a previously v happy customer who's unlikely to renew his subscription now.

Hello!

 

Can you please tell us your OS and the client (for ex. Air client, OpenVPN GUI, Tunnelblick...) you're using? Your account is authorized to access all the servers.
