Route gateway is not reachable on any network adapters

I've been using Eddie on Windows 10 perfectly fine up through yesterday.  Today I try to connect and I get "route gateway is not reachable on any network adapters" as an error.  My subscription is up in 4 days; does that have anything to do with it?

We obviously rule out that the issue has anything to do with the imminent expiration date of your account plan. Please send the log or even better a system report at your convenience to receive proper support. Also consider to open a ticket to get in touch with our technical support staff.

Hi Gents,

Same problem here, started last week, unable to connect through Eddie: "Checking authorization... 2 try failed (curl (28) Connection timed out after 20002 milliseconds", and it keeps try and failing.

 

Tunnelblick works.

 

On Eddie 2.16.3

 

Any suggestion? Thanks!
