Does AirVPN offer firewall protection on top of their superb AES 256 encryption? Thank you.

Hello!

Yes. By default a new account has no forwarded ports.

We provide the option to remotely forward ports. Obviously protection on forwarded ports is no more on the server side.

Also keep in mind that we don't monitor connections and we don't perform packet inspection of any type, so any packet on forwarded ports and any packet on connections established by client applications will be forwarded to the client without any control.
