maybe you're right.  they use that same graphic for when their site is having problems.  but, your screenshot does have different verbiage.

it's expected when flood comes from our own VPN servers themselves.

the past day server 149.255.33.154 has not been able to access airvpn.org due to the same message.  changing to another server does resolve this.  

 

its just inconvenient to have to switch servers to gain access.   i am glad i backed up a few config files to the cloud...
