I'm new and need help.

I am new and not sure how to use this. I have paid for the service and have an account set up already. I am trying to set up the open vpn gui but whenever I click the generate button it only opens a notepad document and that is all. Is this correct? What am I supposed to do with this? Any help would be nice, thanks.

i'm guessing you are on windows and using eddie,

i'm on a different system etc and not familiar with eddie

Have you downloaded the Eddie client that AirVPN provide? It's all you need to connect to the service. You can download it from the AirVPN homepage. Once downloaded just sign in with your airVPN username and password, pick a server that's geographically close to you and click connect.

 

The only time you should be generating VPN profiles is when you use a 3rd party client like the open VPN client or on another device like an android handset
