Dr. Matthew Green and hopefully others will be auditing OpenVPN 2.4 crypto in Q1 2017, so it will be interesting to see their findings before major deployments.

Now that 2 audits have been completed, I hope Air will look into implementing it, at least as an optional thing.

I am also interested in this. My country is blocking OpenVPN via DPI. None of the AirVPN protocols works for me anymore even OpenVPN over SSL and SSH.
