Eddie installation issue kali

Hi I installed Eddie using the workaround posted in:

However on trying to start the app I get the following error:

Is this an isue with mono?

 

Alternatively I am only trying to install Eddie in order to use VPN over tor. I have previously been using openvpn with the CLI without issue for VPN but am not sure how to integrate tor into this. Can anyone point me to instructions to set this up via the command line.

Try 2.11.5 portable.

OK I have tried the portable version and it starts, I am able to login but then no servers appear to select and all of the buttons are greyed out. Also I am unable to close the app I select exit but then it does not close.

 

As I seem to be unable to install airvpn is there a way to do vpn over tor through openvpn on the command line?

the behavior you describe resembles Eddie 2.10.3, not 2.11.5beta, can you please check? Try Eddie 2.11.5beta, installing version.
