Why is my "Payment Under Review"?

I have paid many times before without issue, but now it is saying "Payment Under Review". How long does this usually take?

If you pay with PayPal or a Credit Card, it is usually accepted almost instantly. For other payment methods, I do not know, as said above, it would be best to contact staff if you have any issues.

I'm having the very same issue. How long did the review of your payment take and how quickly do AirVPN respond when you attempt to contact them?

Why don't you try and see?

 

It's fast enough. Simply go to your Client Area and submit a ticket.

It's probably because of bitcoin payment and low transaction fees I guess.

With fees are being set too low it can take a couple of hours or sometimes even days until the transaction gets confirmed.

Having the same problem. Almost been 20 hours since I paid and almost twelve since I made a support ticket

No word yet. :/
