Firefox produces the following message when I try to log in to my Saga Platinum account from inside Air VPN: Server not foundFirefox can't find the server at www.sagaplatinum.co.uk. Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. zhang888 1066 Posted ... You can use the route checking page next time:https://airvpn.org/routes/?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.sagaplatinum.co.uk As you see, all servers resolve this host just fine. Make sure your DNS settings are correct,or just set it manually to 10.4.0.1 if unsure. Quote Hide zhang888's signature Hide all signatures Occasional moderator, sometimes BOFH. Perhaps Firefox is giving the wrong message, and the real problem is that Saga Platinum security measures are blocking the login attempt. I have a similar problem when trying to access my ISP Virgin Mediaaccount, but it is intermittent - sometimes I can log in, sometimes I am blocked! - and the message from Firefox is: Secure Connection FailedThe connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem. Of all the sites I visit, I'm only having problems with these two. Even Tesco.com (UK company), which I couldn't access from within HMA VPN unless I changed my country, is OK with Air VPN! after_lunch 4 Posted ... I haven't changed anything since my previous post - honest! - but I can now log in to both sites. Thanks! Quote Share this post Link to post
LZ1 672 Posted ... Hello ! Well, ahem, AirVPN is in quite a different league from HMA . A lot of VPNs don't do things properly in terms of technology that they could be using to better their services; others outright lie and deceive you, as to what their actual capabilities are. So in that respect, I don't think it's unusual if you had problems with HMA of that nature . #ReservesRight2Fanboy lol Quote Hide LZ1's signature Hide all signatures Hi there, are you new to AirVPN? Many of your questions are already answered in this guide. You may also read the Eddie Android FAQ. Moderators do not speak on behalf of AirVPN. Only the Official Staff account does. Please also do not run Tor Exit Servers behind AirVPN, thank you. Did you make a guide or how-to for something?
