I need help creating a vpn profile so that I can use vpn always on, on iOS. I read this article but still am having problems connecting. Please help

please follow the instructions for iOS in our webs site.

 

If you need no communications when VPN connection goes down for leaks prevention etc., please enable "Seamless tunnel" option on openvpn-connect and also activate option to run and connect at system startup.

​In Your iPhone settings app, scroll to the bottom will find additional settings for OpenVPN connect amongst others. There You can set 'seamless tunnel' and some other, more advanced settings.
