Hello !

Please go to your logs in your client and post them here, inside some spoiler tags (check my signature).

You can also try connect to a different server manually. Just go into the server list and double-click a server .

Moderators do not speak on behalf of AirVPN. Only the Official Staff account does. Please also do not run Tor Exit Servers behind AirVPN, thank you.

Hello I just tried to connect to the server in Ukraine (Nair) But it doesn't ever connect just restarts over and over any suggestions?

This was mentioned in another thread recently, but the same thing happened to me after installing Malwarebytes Ani-Malware who blocks the Nair IP's for some reason (false positives). This is most likely the culprit, eventually a similar program you may have installed who blocks the same IP's because they have been placed on some list or other that cause anti-malware programs to block it. You can create an exception for the Nair entry and exit IP's (here is a link for how to get the entry IP: https://airvpn.org/topic/14378-how-can-i-get-vpn-servers-entry-ip-addresses/). If you really want use Nair and think that's too much hassle you can alternatively turn off features in the responsible program until the Nair server is unblocked (some form of real-time protection most likely), or just uninstall the program and use another one.

I only noticed this problem after I enabled real-time protection in Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, but I haven't experimented further with it since I don't really use Nair - I just noticed it showed up with 0 ms latency in my server list so I tested it to see what was wrong, discovering I was unable to connect. When I had Malwarebytes Anti-Malware installed with no real time protection enabled in the past this issue did not exist.

Mon Apr 25 20:54:32 2016 read UDPv4: Connection reset by peer (WSAECONNRESET) (code=10054)

Saturday, the 23rd; I received this same message from trying to connect to Nair.

Previously in the forum, I mentioned the Nair server was trying to contact me. It was explained the Nair server and eddie client were pinging each other..

I used a different server and everything is fine.

Alright guys i do believe the issue is malwarebytes as i seen plenty of warnings/detections came up when i tried to connect so i will try taking off malwarebytes and letting you guys know if that solves the issue.

Mon Apr 25 20:54:31 2016 MANAGEMENT: TCP Socket listening on [AF_INET]127.0.0.1:25340

Usually reads     127.0.0.1:3100 in the logs.

I am not familiar with the port 25340

Was port 25340 entered by the Eddie Client or by another program???

Port 25340 is his connection port I'm quite certain, like the one you see in the client area next to your real IP showing where your connection is from
