My ISP and Government has blocked AirVPN servers, Why?

I was using the airvpn servers for 2 days and no the servers all that I had configured will nt connect, I was able to determine that the isp/govt was blocking me.Can anyone tell me how they can block these servers, I thought open vpn servers were not able to be blocked?

This is not what we see: in fact your account is successfully connected to some Air VPN server.

Curious how you determined the ISP or your government is blocking your connections. Knowing that will allow someone to help you figure out a bypass if that truly is the issue.
