Averaging 30kB/s on my computer

My speeds right now are unacceptably bad. I'm currently averaging 30kB/s. Oddly enough, my speeds are fine on my tablet when I use my VPN. My speeds are also fine on my computer when I'm not using a VPN. I really want this resolved soon. I've been having problems with speeds nonstop for over a month and I'm going to vomit if I need to deal with this any longer. So sick of this.

 

SSH 443 (UDP 443 on tablet, doesn't work on my computer)
